Terms and Conditions

Enrollment in Manicure Courses LuxeManiTraining is open to individuals aged 18 and above.
Course fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the course. We accept payment by credit/debit card or bank transfer.
Enrollment is subject to availability and is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Late fees may apply for overdue payments.

The course curriculum covers topics such as nail anatomy, manicure techniques, hand and nail care, and salon operations
Upon successful completion of the course, students will receive a certificate of completion from Manicure Courses LuxeManiTraining.
The course is accredited by recognized industry bodies such as CIDESCO.

Students may cancel their enrollment up to 14 days prior to the course start date and receive a full refund, minus any applicable administrative fees.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 14 days before the course start date or for non-attendance.
Manicure Courses LuxeManiTraining reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to low enrollment or other circumstances. In such cases, students will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to transfer to another course date.

Students are expected to behave in a professional and respectful manner towards instructors, staff, and fellow students.
Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in the student being asked to leave the course, with no refund provided.

Manicure Courses LuxeManiTraining is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to students' property during the course.
Students are advised to have appropriate insurance coverage for their training and future practice.

Manicure Courses LuxeManiTraining is committed to protecting the privacy and security of student information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Student personal data will be used only for the purposes of course administration and communication.
